Lake Camanche Resort offers both short-term and long-term RV Camping sites on the South Shore. Monument RV Park has 99 spacious sites near four small fishing ponds and the lake. Nice campground at the lake. With luck you can see alligators swimming in the lake. We had a wonderful sunset. Unfortunately, a lot of mosquitoes after sunset. Fireplaces and camping table on each place. Toilets available, but no showers. USD 28.-/night for a van and two people.
